As per client need i have designed a website in a blogger platform. Its fully custom coded website without any use of templates. Also customer asked for a old look like government website. Customer said to me that he did not want to manage that website for long term. So we decided to bought the domain for 5 years in godaddy and code the website in Blogger platform for longer use.
